With the holidays/festive season coming up, can we take a break from our habits? And if not, what structure should we put in to keep it in place?

Not a chance; I'd never pick them up again. That's ok for my habit though, because planning every day is important. But, during the holiday season I'll be planning different things, so I need to be careful to switch back to day-to-day planning after the break.

Hmmm, taking a break from habits often leads to broken habits?

Taking a break is not a good for me. I will fall off my momentum bike and it's so hard to back on without falling off easily.
@Martin Lindeskog A holiday break habit? Sounds interesting what do you have in mind?
@Mike Hannigan I am glad to hear you are still planning, tho' it's a different type of planning for holidays. Which is more important.
@Leslie Clarke Going very strong.
@Niklas Lohmann Yeah..once broken you hv to start all over again.
So that said, what would you all like to do for the next 21-day holiday challenge?
Keep the ideas coming.
